Shirleen, after someone fills out the Subscription form they still have to to open the opt-in email and click the link for the double opt-in. That way you ensure that your mailing list members have approved you to email to them.

If you record a short 'Thank You' video, that will help as a reminder for people to open and verify their newsletter subscription.

Replace the video above with your own video.

Example script:

"Hi, and thank you so much for signing up for Shirleen's Biblical Kitchen News (or whatever you want to name it).

I'm so happy that you decided to learn more about everything that I can teach you about cooking with [insert copy here].

This is just a quick reminder to make sure you check for my Newsletter Subscription email and make sure you whitelist that email address so you don't miss out on all of the goodies that are in store."
